YOGA ETIQUETTE POLICY

All students are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start-time to change, set up your mat and settle into Savasana.

Please practice mindfulness and exercise silence when entering and exiting the studio.

Chatting is not permitted in the studio when others are already in Savasana, please step outside if you need to speak to someone.

Please set up your mat quietly, so not to disturb those already in Savasana. If you need assistance with this, please ask your instructor.

Glass water bottles and/or glasses are not permitted in the studio. No food or liquids other than water are permitted.

Wearing of shoes are not permitted in the studio.

Cell phones in your bag must be turned off or placed on airplane mode during class.

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to participate in our classes. The exception is in our Mom & Baby classes, which require a consult to ensure eligibility prior to participating in the class.

Leaving a class that has begun to use the washroom if permitted, but must be done quietly and in a non-disruptive manner.

Leaving a class/walking out prior to its finish (before Savasana, and especially during Savasana) is NOT permitted. If you are not enjoying the class, unable to continue with the class, or did not budget enough time to complete the practice amongst your other time commitments - please sit quietly on your mat or rest in Savasana for the remainder. No excuses and/or exceptions.

Payment must be made in full PRIOR to the start of class, for each student.

The above policies are in place to ensure that your practice is enjoyable, and also respects the time and practice of those with whom you share the space.
