YES Good for pregnant women

  • Always milled, preferably soaked/sprouted and organic

  • Best types: Flaxseed, chia seed, sunflower, pumpkin seeds

  • Needs to be milled because we can't break down the seed shell/casing, therefore we do not absorb any nutrients and typically will eliminate them from the body still intact

  • Types of seeds to avoid: red pepper/ chili flakes (because they are the seeds), tomato seeds

  • Most seeds do not want to be eaten! They carry the most amount of the plants' defense mechanism because the seed wants to live on and be planted again, not eaten.
