CLASS LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY

The Wellness Co. does not offer refunds for late or missed classes/appointments.

Students who are more than 5 minutes late to class will NOT be allowed to enter.  This policy is in place to protect the experience of the other students.

Practicing "ASTEYA" - non-stealing (of time from others)

Out of respect for your instructor, please provide at least 10hours (preferably 24hours) notice if you are unable to attend a class, so we may open up your reserved spot to others.

We understand that life can be busy and "stuff" happens, but if you know you are going to be unable to attend a class please email info@thewellnessco.ca, so we may transfer your pre-paid funds to a future class. *Some conditions may apply.
